Received the BLUE RFE letter today. I have a few questions.

The RFE letter asked for just one piece of evidence which is not something of an issue. I have already arranged for it. My questions are:

1 Do I attach the same RFE letter along with the white paper that has RFE details to the documents being sent?

2 Can I add additional documents to further strengthen the case?

3 Do I send the documents to the address mentioned at the bottom left of the RFE letter?

Thank You.

The RFE notice has instructions on it - follow them to the letter.

  • Include original RFE notice (Blue) - you may include the details sheet as well.
  • What ever documentation they are asking for.

Send to exact address on the RFE notice.

I would not include any evidence they have not specifically asked for.

Tip: Make copies of what they sent you and what you send them.

concur

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Thank you all. I sent out the reply to the RFE. But added some documents from the doctor for our upcoming baby. This should make it easy for them to decide.
