Hi PinayAmerican, hope your case will be completed soon! Our I-129f is already at the embassy and we're hoping for July interview. However, our I-130 is still at NVC. On May 28th, I emailed the DS-3032 and the Choice of Agent to NVC but 'till now they haven't receive it yet. Hope they get it coming week. Then next is DS-230 right? Girl, who will send the DS-230 to NVC? The petitioner or the beneficiary? And what are the other docs should be included?

Good luck to you! All the DS230 documents will be coming from you. You may choose to send it to your spouse first, or you send them directly from the Philippines. I sent it to my husband first, for him to send it along with the AOS, however, because of some problems, we weren't able to send them together. Don't forget to include your NBI, that's the reason I got an RFE, because on their list, it says, "police certificates", so I just included my police cert, but not my NBI. But, I sent that requested NBI directly to NVC from Philippines...

Next with DS3032 would be bill payment. You need to wait for your IIN first before you can access your account online. Good luck!

I had my medicals yesterday - damn expensive!! no vaccinations though

counting days until 7/09 - everything went so fast - no rfe's - so i'm being very skeptic now... im so scared!

Oh, sorry girl! I did not see this one before I asked nother question. Anyway, I have all these docs completed and all ready to send. We're just waiting for the next step after they accept my DS3032.

Keep calling... I called 20 times on Friday until 12:45AM.. no updates on AVR but Saturday morning at 7:00,AVR was updated!!
