They kill anyone that doesn't believe as they do and they are easlily disgusted? Now that's disgusting.

they really are just like al qaeda

It's so shocking. How are such things tolerated in this country?

Because the education system is a hotbed of evil liberalism ;)

So the liberalism bred the conservative terrorists?

I think it depends who you talk to - its either the fault of the education system for trying to indoctrinate people, or the fault of the people for resenting the education system (because of the aforementioned liberal indoctrination) and rejecting it.

So education isn't all it's cracked up to be?

I think the answer to that varies depending on the day of the week.

I do think the attitudes that some people have towards education mirror in some respects, the fear and resentment that they have towards science.

In other words - there is a lot of ignorance about.

It was also interesting to see that someone is able to get into college much easier here and using a range of avenues. Whereas in AUS, Canada and I assume the UK, it's all about grades and GPA. I never heard of a sports scholarship until coming here. If you are not smart, you don't go to college there. Simple as that.

Being against science is moronic anyway. One of my cousins is quite well known for their work in stem cell research, yet she is probably more religious than the pope.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

You definitely would not get in as there is also a minimum IQ requirement.

You remind me of this Bostonian I once rolled. The price was wrong on a product and he said in his shitty accent, where do you get that price from? So I replied"I used your IQ and multiplied it by 100". The price was $39.95.
