i already file my wife pitition,. now she got approve, and my attorney made a mistake about her name. her name is SHERYL QUENIE LAYLO HUSSAIN in her aprove pitition,LAYLO is her middle name since she is single. instead SHERYL QUENIE F.HUSSAIN, will u pls give me some advice do i need to do to change it?!!what is the best things we can do.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Hey ...hope everything is ok ..congratulations for the approvals :)

my big advise is to remove the lawyer of your case ..they do nothing but to delay the cases ..this is it ....

i cant understand your Question fully ..but if ur petition is approved and move to NVC , then you need to wait first till u get a case number ...if u did then call , talk to an operator and make them fix it on their system

it happens alot , no need to panic :)
