Hello everyone,

I'm new here and I need you to do me a big favor. My fiance and I are very hurt and angry with CSC. We submitted out I-129 fiance petition to NSC, transferred to CSC. Our NOA is March 6. No RFE received. We've been placed on the bottom of the stack :angry: . Now, we want to contact CSC via e-mail since their phone number has been disconnected :angry: .

Few days ago, I saw someone posting an email address, but I lost it and just can't find it :bonk:

Would someone PLEASE help me with that email address. And of course, if by chance you know any phone number someone from CSC will acctualy answer and not ignore us, we would appreciate very much if you let us know it! Thanks A LOT guys!!! (F)

Hi. I am also a March 6 NOA 1, who made it through to receipt of pkt 3 at the embassy in Paris, which was returned to the embassy by my fiance May5, and then we never heard boo until June 16/17 when I received emails from CRIS-USCIS saying my petition had been "received". Since then I have received additonal I-797 Notices of Action in the mail, along with more emails, that my case has been received and reopened at CSC (I originally went through Nebraska). CSC also emailed that I had been sent an RFE Monday, June 26. Oddly enough I haven't gotten it yet, though I am in Portland, OR. My luck it was probably delivered to the wrong address. I did successfully use the following email address to contact CSC and got a response back in five days confirming that they had sent out an RFE June 26. Here it is:

CSC-XII.129F@dhs.gov

This whole IMBRA fiasco has been extremely upsetting and depressing. Hopefully, the processing will get back on track soon. As if the immigration process isn't frustrating enough!!!

Good Luck! :wacko::angry::protest:

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!

Dear sleepless in OR,

My fiance and I are very thankful for your replay! I've been looking for this e-mail address for so long, but could not find it. We really need this to contact CSC. When my fiance would call National Service number, they won't give him any information because we've been transferred to CSC, and they "don't know what happens there" :ranting: , or say a lie to get rid of his faster. We are sick of them!!! I'm even sarcastic sometimes and I tell my fiance that it sounds like he has to deal with my own government (I'm Rumanian).... My government is very messed up too! My fiance wrote a professional letter for the CSC today and is anxious to send it! Me too. They are lucky I'm not the one writing the letter, I would be very harsh at them!

I hope you have great news for yourself soon! God bless!

You may not get the information you are looking for by emailing CSC - they usually respond with a generic, unhelpful message as you will see what I received from them in my timeline. Instead, your fiance should find the website for his senator and go to the "constituent's services" section. There he will find a "privacy form" he can download, provide the details on your case, and sign. Then, fax to the senator's office and make a follow-up call one or two days later. The senators and congressman can get information much faster and easier than petitioners can and they can also put pressure on the service center. They don't always provide helpful information to them, but it is your best bet. Also, if one senator's office is not helpful, contact the other. I had problems with the contact person at the first senator's office - she was not nice and did not get my questions answered. But the second senator's office was much, much nicer and got answers immediately. So my suggestion is to email CSC and contact the senator's office - this way you have done all you can do and will hopefully get some concrete and accurate answers fast. Good luck!
