Hello everyone,

I am currently in the process of bringing my wife to the US, I am kind of confuse with question # 11 of Form I 130 (Name of of prior husband/wife)...The problem is that I have been marrier twice already.

My question is as follows:

Do I enter both of my ex-wife names? or do I enter my last divorce?

What do I send in with the I 130? The certificate of divorce or the Decreed of divorce or both?

Thanks, for any assistance.

Changed to CR-1

Both ex wives. (that's why they give us more than one line) :)

Copies of the divorce decrees/certificates for both.

You have to list their names, it would not hurt for you to send in a copy of your divorce decree simply to notify them.

You will be required to send the originals with your DS230 at the NVC stage.
