Ready to send I-130 and I-485!!

Hi everybody!!! first of all i want to thank you for answering all my questions, i don't think i could of done this without your help...

Here are my cover letters for I-130 and I-485. I scheduled my medical examination for june 17th, and after that I'll send everything off, i want to cancel my appointment with the lawyer because i think i have everything ready and in order, I was just going to go so she could check my paperwork was in order i think it is what do you think....

my case is *AOS through marriage while being on a tourist visa*

NATURE OF THE SUBMISSION: I-130 ORIGINAL SUBMISSION

To whom it may concern:

Dear USCIS,

Enclosed please find form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, and the supporting documents. The petition is filed by USC, a USC on behalf of ALIEN. Concurrently with this I-130, ALIEN and USC have filed form I-485 and all the supporting documents.

Contents of I-130 package:

• Check for $355 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security

• I-130 petition filed by USC, petitioner on behalf of ALIEN, beneficiary.

• Copy of Birth Certificate of USC (front and back). -----> I tried to print out the back part of the birth certificate which has numbers in the lower right, but its blank... i also tried to scan it but didn't work either, should i just send the blank copy and write the number in another page ?

• Copy of Marriage Certificate

• Form G-325a completed by USC

• Passport type picture of USC

• Form G-325a Completed by ALIEN.

• Passport type Picture of ALIEN

• Proof of Bona Fide Marriage (copy of Car title, Bank statement, Lease and Selection of Pictures that Document Relationship and Marriage) ----> *** Does it help if i send some pictures of our wedding and pictures from when we started dating ? or should i exclude that?

• Affidavit of Bona Fide Marriage by mother of USC (Letter)

Their marriage took place on **** and an I-130, petition for alien relative, is filed concurrently with this I-485.

*Check for $1,010.00 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security

*Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

*Copy of Alien’s Birth Certificate and Certified Translation

*Copy of Alien’s Passport (all pages)----> I'm sending my new passport and the old one which expired in December 2008 so they can see all my stamps.

*Copy of I-94 (front and back)

*Copy of Marriage Certificate

*Two passport type photos of Alien

*Form G-325A by Alien

*Form I-693 Medical Examination

*Form I-864 USC, Affidavit of Support and Supporting documents

-Copy of last 3 years tax return

*Form I-864 Joint Sponsor, Affidavit of Support and Supporting documents

-Copy of Birth Certificate

-Copy of last 3 years tax return -----> Do i need the 3 year tax return for the joint sponsor or just the last year?

Alien is also filing for:

*Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization and Supporting documents

-Copy of last employment authorization card and paper

-2 Passport style photos

-Copy of I-94 (front and back)

*Form I-131, Application for Travel Document and Supporting documents

-Form I-131 Supplement, Part 7

-Copy of passport (all pages)

-Copy of I-94 (front and back)

-2 Passport style photos

July.22.2009 Sent our AOS paperwork I-130(g-325) and I-485(I-131, I-765, I-864, g-325)

July.28.2009 Immigration Received Paperwork

July.31.2009 Received NOA (I-130, I-765, I-485, I-131) and ASC Appointment Notice

August.27.2009 ASC Appointment (biometrics)

September.01.2009 Card production ordered

September.02.2009 Received Approval notice I-765

September.04.2009 Received Advance parole in the mail (I-131) =) yaaay i get to go home in December!

September. 11.2009 Received employment card :)

September.14.2009 Received Request to appear for initial interview

October.21.2009 INTERVIEW

Got approved that same day and i received my Residency Card 2 weeks later

You are all set, from what you have just mentioned. I sent in a copy of the last years Tax returns but did mention the details of the last three years in the I-864 form. Also i threw in Pay-stubs for the last three months in the package. Added, Bank statements or our savings. Other than that, you are good to go. Best of Luck. Look-out for the NOA's :)
