my sister in law paid their IV receipt online... her husband is the petitioner and she is the applicant. does she need to fill up DS230 for herself and each one for their children? so 1 ds230 for each???? does the children need police certificate? help asap.. tnxzzz

Yes a DS-230 for Each, and police certs for children if they are of the age where a police cert may be available (Age 16).

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Need to fill out DS 230 both part for each intending travelling members. Applicant does not need to fill out DS 230. DS230 is required for all the persons who are gonna face the visa interview.

For police certificate if intending travelling member is 16 years or older then they need to get police certificates.
