Hi everyone,

I have a question on returning the IMBRA RFE. Sort of confused with the instructions in returning the RFE NOA with the other supporting documents. On the front of the RFE NOA it says to resubmit this notice on top of all requested documents and or information to the address below.

On the very back of the notice it says when you reply please include a copy of the other side of this notice and include any papers attached to the notice.

So which one do I send back with the supporting documents?

The original RFE NOA or a copy of the NOA? :unsure:

2007-07-27: Bio. Appt.

2007-08-15: AOS NOA I-797C Approved notice date.

2007-08-16: Received Green Card in mail.

I got my RFE on Friday. I answered the appropriate questions, made copies of everything and mailed back the originals, putting the original RFE NOA on top as instructed.

I have kept the copies and if in the future I need to respond again with comment on this, I will make sure I include a copy of all this information. Of course I am hoping I will not have to respond again.
