Hello Everyone,

I have a question about this form. My wife talked to a friend from over in Vietnam and just got done with her interview she gave my wife a pamphlet showing that they needed a DS-230 form. I'm sure I've completed that form when I applied for a petition. My question is did anyone have to send the DS-230 form to their wife or is this an oversight on the pamphlet can anyone help me out? Thanks for your time.

The benficiary brings the DS-230 to the consulate for the interview in HCMC along with the other documents listed in packet 4.

I filled out as much as possible on all the forms and then e-mailed them to my fiancee. Then she would just download, print, and sign where needed.
