Yikes! Yep, they get ya coming and going! I didn't even check off the little box for GST on this years taxes. I figure that it is too much work and trouble to cancel it. As a side note on GST, I was paid $10.10 for my 2007 GST rebate - for the whole year! After filing my 2008 taxes, I received a bill for $5.05 - as my marital status had changed in 2008 (we were married July 18, 2008.) What that has to do with a 2007 GST refund is beyond me. I just paid the bill. I am surprised it took them so long to "catch up with you."

So sorry the dollar is doing its thing again.

:lol: I can't remember how I answered the GST question. I thought it just automatically figured it out. Oh well, I will be a resident of Canada in July so I should be able to get that one!!! :dance: But I'm hoping August will be my move, and I haven't even figured out when I'm supposed to tell Revenue Canada...
