OH Driver License / ID card for K-1 holders

What types of immigration docs do you need to obtain either a DL or ID card? It states you need primary and secondary docs. Well, we have two secondary docs, his SSC and marriage certificate but what primary docs do we need? The description is too vague.

BUREAU OF CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICE (BCIS) DOCUMENTS - Must be original and valid.

Also wanted to note that my bank won't let me add him to my bank account yet unless we get another form of identification such as an ID card or DL. Please tell me I don't have to wait until he gets his green card???

For most states the USCIS docs they want is EAD card, Green-card, passport with valid I-551 stamp (GREEN-CARD), valid I-94 card that is valid for 1 year or more (K-3 visa holders have this)

No it is not necessary to get an ID card prior to AOS, you can typically use a passport,and to a lesser degree a foreign passport w/ translation.

Also to Kari - while the DMV won't except a passport in place of a valid EAD/GC your bank should as long as you have a SS number (and sometimes with out a SS)

Update on my end. My bank finally let me add him after I got him a Credit Card. Apparently it's so easy to get one of those!
