They are talking about petitions filed BEFORE now. In this case since they are being sent together at the same time, you can check "NO" on both of them.

Send both petitions together is same envelope.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

same section D and Que 1 asks - if separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship?

what do i do here?

in mom's app, write dad's name and say its father (relationship fm my perspective or my mothers' perspective)?

and vice versa on dad's app?

Hi Rajthebam,

I honestly don't remember what I put there...

If I were you, I'd probably put this:

In mom's application, write my dad's name and "Husband"

In dad's application, write my mom's name and "Wife"

That's what I'd do because I'm already telling USCIS that I'm applying for my dad/mom in question A1.

I don't think it'll be a huge problem if you decide not to do it this way...

Good luck!!! So where in the process are you? For some reason, I thought you were already way ahead....

Bye!!!
