Hello,

I just stumbled onto this website www.immigrationhelpline.org and I am wondering if it is legit or not. It doesn't seem legit but I asked the guy who answered the phone what kind of fees I would have to pay to them and he said I don't have to pay any fees to ask questions or get help from them. He said to call him back (gave me his name and extension) after I got married and he would "expedite" the petition.

Expedite the petition? - no such thing for a marriage type visa that I know of.

You can only expedite "work" type visas.

Perhaps they meant they would help fill out the forms in an expedited manner. But once it hits USCIS/NVC, you will be waiting, just like everyone else.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

No one can expidite your application other than USCIS.
