Heloo all - NEED this help rather urgently...I am proposing to send my packet in an hour...

I-131

In Part 3, it says skip to part 7 if applying for Advanced Parole. However, in part 3, I had to answer Q5 in Part 3. Is that correct?

What about Part 4 where they ask the purpose of the trip. Do we need to fill it? or should I leave it blank?

I am attaching a seperate sheet answering Part 7 on how we qualify for advanced parole. We had filled the same information in the box in Part 4 where it asks details of travel. Please let me know whether I need to fill out Part 4 or leave the box blank.

Thank you.

No - follow the instructions.

Skip to part 7 after answering Part 3, question 1, 2, 3.

If you skip to part 7 after part 3, how can you answer part 4?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

I've been through the process.

Bobby is correct, and clear. Don't fill in questions 4 and 5 of part 3, don't fill in parts 4,5 and 6.

Is there something about the instructions that seems unclear to you?

I also have been through the process. I saw your post earlier and didn't respond because Bobby was spot on. I guess than makes him a pretty smart feller.

Following the instructions I received APs for two people so far but they came about the same time as the green card so now they are for the scrapbook.
