Hi guys!

The packet 3 section talking about pictures for the medical and interview says that they are the Canadian passport size. Just want to make sure thats right before I go and get a bunch done. I'm also renewing my passport next month and figure I'll just get 8-10 and be on the safe side.

Someone once told me its the American passport size but I want to confirm with you all that it is actually the CANADIAN passport size.

Thanks everyone!

I've heard they take both. There is conflicting information from the consulate on this. On the one sheet they say Canadian, on another they say U.S. size - so it's a toss up. Personally, my Husband took 2 U.S. size - they did not take them from him.

Hang on, you talked to 13 lawyers, you have 7 copies of your Birth Certificate and you are getting 8-10 passport photos? Are you always this thorough?

YUP. I am super ####### when it comes to things being done and organized. I had those birth certifcates sent to me almost a year ago when we first decided we were going to go the K-1 route so imagine.....LOL....

I have an accordion file folder already full of documents and copies and pictures and supporting evidence. My only fears now are that i'll either forget something or do something wrong and I'll be really pissed with myself if that happens so I"M APOLOGIZING TO YOU ALL NOW....in case I ask a million questions and bother the ####### out of you all. :innocent:

I got mine done at Blacks, but they were expensive so I'd go someplace cheaper. They were the right size though.

What is throwing me off with the pictures is that it states they have to be 2 inches x 2 inches and that is a U.S. standard size passport photo.

Then at the bottom of that same page is says: NOTE: The photograph standard is the same as those of Canadian passport photographs...but I don't think thats correct....I think our Canadian pics are slightly bigger.

I would take them all US sized - which is 2x2 - I did mine all US sized and didn't have any problems.

CDN sized are 2x2 3/4
