Hey all.

Already updated my timeline and the status list, but my husband's removal of conditions was approved on 05/28/2009. There haven't been any status updates online, but we got a snail-mail message yesterday saying that he was approved and will get his card in 60 days.

What a relief to have that over.

Congrats - i'm new to this forum and my I751 was transfered from VSC TO CSCand is still pending despite me seeing people within my timeline approved:

Conditional GC Expire 11/16/08

Filed i751 VSC end of Sep 08

NOA 1 (on year Extension)10/06/08

NOA 2 (Biometric set up) 11/7/08

Biometric appointment 11/22/2008

Case Transfer from VSC to CSC letter 03/20/09

Approval notice : still waiting

i put in a service request on May 14th by calling the 1-800 number to find out what is going on. this is the response that was mailed to me: "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of action within 60 days of the date of this letter"

i never got any request for interview or addtional evidence. ANY IDEAS OR SUGGESTIONS ON WHATS GOING ON???
