There are services and attorneys that will do that for you. You are here in a site dedicated to doing it yourself. I can attest that this community can guide someone through the process successfully.

Do some reading here in the guides and example forms. You may have found a way to be successful and save a few bucks as well.

Best of luck to you.

There are a ton out there all of varying reputations. If you decide to go that route be prepared to shuck out several thousand. Make sure you fully investigate whoever you decide to go with and make sure they have experience with family based visas. Lots of people do other types of immigration and totally mess up family based visas. Most people on this site however chose to forgo a service or lawyer and do it themselves. All of the info you will have to fill out for a service is the same if you filled out the paperwork on your own. There are lots of threads on the pluses and minuses you can search.

Also, if you are planning on filing a marriage visa vs a fiance visa, look into CR1 since it comes with a greencard and takes about the same amount of time as the K3. It also works out much cheaper.

The costs I've seen vary from under a thousand dollars to several thousand. While the information on the forms and the forms themselves are the same either way, there's a lot more to the process than filling out forms and there are plenty of people who need assistance filling out this kind of form correctly. A service that doesn't assist in filling out the forms isn't worth much. "Do it yourself" is not for everybody.

The reply by pushbrk is correct. There is a lot more to the process than just filling out forms but unless you have a case with unusual circumstances I personally wouldn't pay an attorney to complete this process. You can do this yourself. Just make sure to read all the guidelines very carefully and to do it right the first time. There are plenty of members on this site that will be willing to help if you have any questions. Save your money. Your gonna need it later. Good luck on your Journey. Mike
