My rice-n-peas have the best taste and is very moist and separated...but still not the same texture as Jamaican...I can't get it to "dry" out right. Does that make sense?

Yes, it does. Sometimes, if I'm not watching the pot it will turn out the same way. I prefer gungo peas and rice and I never put coconut milk in my rice it mek di rice spoil easy.

I have a question to any of my sisters from Africa out there, how the HELL do ya'll fry GOAT...mi mean seh di goat tough areadi, den unu go fry it...no sah...fus time mi try dat mi nearli end up wid dentures

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore... and who always will.

So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

I don't think it is over population...just very poor transportation system and planning. The bumper to bumper traffic is enough to make you slit your own wrists with baby teeth.

Main reason I left GA and FL...kiss mi neck...FL to me was WORSE when it came to traffic...the only perks with living in Ft. Lauderal and Miami was the $89 r/t flights to Jamaica (damn that was years ago though)

Just recvd this email from USPS regarding a 10% discount for international shipping option from the U.S. Postal Service with international transportation and delivery by FedEx.

Hopefully this is useful info and cheaper than the normal Fed Ex and DHL.....

I used this service when I sent down Jr's interview docs - it worked really well for a fraction of the fedex cost.
