lol that sound like when i went to the spa in JA i was like i never went to a spa that had me questioning my damn sexuality lmao (jus playing) but that massage was sooo good i was drooling i was so damn embarassed lmao humm i wonder if she still there

I will be having my second neck surgery on Thursday. They will be cutting me in the front again and then flipping me over to cut in the back of my neck. I will also have stitches around my head because they have to put that metal crown on my head to keep it from flopping around and to keep blood pressure from my eyes (it can cause blindness if too much pressure rests on my eyes )....I'm trying hard not to be scared...please keep me in your prayers for full recovery and no complications.

Hey I just thought of something! They better not MESS with my 'HAWK!!!! I do not want my hair shaved or cut!!!!! CHA!!!!!!!

On a good note, my short term disability just got approved so I get all my vacation/personal/sick hours back that I used to make sure I didn't go without a paycheck. Woooooottttt!!!!

Jawi, the surgery sounds unpleasant, to say the least! But power to you for seeing the positive in the situation. Glad you got your vacation time back.

hash looks and smells like dog food IMO...LOL

getting queasy just thinking bout it...LOL

YES!!!!! I agree and then we used to have family breakfast and my aunt would always order it from Eat n Park. I always wanted to scream at her,” Do you have to get that every damn time” but then I thought about whistling for the rest of my life when I talked from her knocking my fronts out so I stayed quiet.

NC is nice. I would love to move there but would have to divorce Damien first  Think he wants to stay here forever.

Ryan loves where we live. He says will just buy a single family home across the street from our townhomes. I'm like..can we at least move where we get a little more land...

Damien almost had a heart attacked when we moved from Maryland last summer. The new place is only 10 minutes from his job .

He wanted to move to ATL but not many jobs available for me.

Jawi - (F) So happy for your short term disability was approved. We'll be praying for you.

[Yes ma'am. I will probably just be coming out of the hospital and recovering...so I don't know how much I will comprehend. Maybe my sis can take the message for me. I hate that I won't be able to fully celebrate when it happens.

well praise God bout a continuous CHECK!!! and they better not cut no more A already gone be on yo RASS!! LOL i will def keep u in prayer on thursday sweetie.. THE one and only doctor will keep u in perfect peace..

Girl yes! All praises to God...without Him I am NOTHING! I praise danced all the way to the kitchen when I got off the phone. They were trying to deny it up until they found out I will be having surgery again.

A asked me to tell the doctor not to make a big scar on the back of my neck. LOL...I think he is thinking about those "Passa Passa" scars from ear to mouth that some people have when they get sliced from a razor blade. The doctor said no your hair will grow over the scar...I guess he is thinking I will grow it out at some point or another. I just didn't think to ask if he would be jacking up my haircut.

yunno i've been sitting here half the day trying to figure out ####### to do with my hair

i want to go back natural

but i don't want to cut off my hair so i'm trying to figure out an easy way to transition

i've never done braids either so i don't even know how the hell i'm gonna look in them

umm, so i haven't answered your question but i'm kinda throwing my situation out there too

Bunz - I didn't do the Big Chop or BC they call it. I just wore the slick back ponytail for a year. I would get it straighted by the Dominicans...that's it.

Now I'm 99% natural. I got a little bit of ends that will be clipped next time.

my big chop wasnt really BIG bunzy.. my head is too big for short hair.

i wore wigs, false ponytails and braids for a long time and then i said, 'I might as well go natural", it was totally spare of the moment.. i started getting roller sets and straw sets when i wanted to wear my own hair..

i had about 2 or 3 inches of permed hair when i cut it.. I LOVE my natural hair..

There are SOOOOO many braid versions and styles, u will look great i am sure of it!

so i hear bout Ethopians straightening and Dominicans straightening.. they are really the best ppl huh??

i will have to see if there is a shop near me..

Ugh it’s so much they have to do but if this will help you form being in pain well I guess you have to do what you have to do. You tell dat doc mi said he got just one time and on time only to do this right. If em mess up me coming a hunting fi em and it won’t be to shake his hand. I pray this surgery will be a success. And then hopefully Dr. A can take it from there.
