I just DELETED that photo from my album on facebook and it is gone from there, but still showing up here on VJ

I usually use Photobucket...

So if you want to share an image with people here you can...

Then later if you feel to take it down you delete it from your photobucket and here it will say something like this photo has been moved or deleted...

That way you don't leave yourself hanging out there like I just did

Oh well, maybe it will be gone tomorrow

How long would you say is too long? I'm thinking to wait until 30 (3 yrs), but Steven wants me to have one yesterday. Perhaps it's because people rather talk about the bad (unordinary) than the good (ordinary), but every coworker that has kids talks about the amount of money kids cost & the restrictions on travel they have with young kids.

I would wait. You need to to make sure you two are compatible before rushing into parenthood, so many marriages fail these days you need to make sure you're building on a strong foundation....Not saying that your marriage is necessarily doomed, but I think it's madness to rush into having kids too soon....

That goes for any of us contemplating that decision & in the early stages of our relationships.

Nat, I use photobucket to link photos to here - if you upload them to hear they become a part of the site here and take up bandwidth, if you link them they don't = Didn't realize you could link from FB - but I like the controls you have over photobucket.

Lovesponge = take your time and make sure you are doing the right thing - I know that 30 day window is scary - but if you still aren't sure, better to have him leave before it expires and refile the K1 - It would be cheaper to repay the $455 than to file a divorce.

Also check Hotel Gloriana - saw good reviews for the Casablanca, or the Gloustershire

A Jamaican woman tried that with me in a restroom @ M'ville. I do not tolerate disrespect or rudeness very well. She tried to walk in the stall even after I said "Excuse me...I was waiting on the next stall." She kissed teeth and the next thing she knew I was in the stall with her. I said I guess we will both relieve ourselves at the same time, and started pulling my shorts down. She moved out of the stall because in my mind, my pee was going in the toilet or her lap...it didn't matter to me. I know she thought I was crazy as heck...but you have the same thing I have...so I wasn't embarrassed in the slightest.

Jawi tell me you are lying??? Oh my goodness your a nut and I love it!!! I would never have thought of doing that I have to write that down as a note to do the next time I go!!!! OMG I have tears in my eyes thinking about this. I know my co-workers are wondering what the heck am I laughing at so early in the darn morning.

I'm heading to New Orleans this weekend to visit the family. I'll possibly check out the free Essence Fest events on Saturday, but I mainly want to get all the New Orleans stuff that isn't available in Houston: drive-thru daiquiri shops, Loretta's pralines, snowballs (taste better than snowcones), and more that I can't think of. I'm just sad that I didn't make it to New O during crawfish season. Crawfish cost a grip in Houston compared to New O.

I've always wanted to go to the Essence Festival. I hear its so nice.

Hey Yardies, dont worry I am still alive It got busy at the job after lunch. We had a nice long talk and came to an understanding. I told him I needed some time alone. He disagreed and said we need to work it out now but then agreed later to take a little "break". I will let you all know how it works out. The wedding is off for now but I havent decided yet what I want to do, I havent got much time because he has already been here 2 months, but we will see.

LS being that you two are not married yet I can see you needing some time alone to think but if you do decide to pursue your relationship know that you have to be willing to forgive and not throw it up in his face time and time again. I think the one thing I did wrong was I was forever bringing up my ex’s faults. I mean sheesh he had so many of them but going forward if I forgive you (not forget) then I think its only right not to bring it up every time.
