English, I feel the same way. For some reason, I didn't think he would live long. When I would hear him speak I always felt sad for him, like he wanted to either be somewhere else or doing something else. Mi no know, but damn if I don't remember the endless hours or practing the thriller routine for dance class and beat it...and we were not allowed to look at the video. Funny thing is, I still remember it.

Last night a friend of mine was schedule to perform and a jazz club in DC...before she started signing she said a prayer to the Jackson family...she started to sing, but couldn't finish the song then someone in the audience started singing ABC and the partying started from then.

I don't know if ya'll remember the big buttons pins with Michael Jackson on them from back in the day, I have about 50 of them. I use to wear them down the side of my jeans (don't laugh).

Yes, that's how me and my friends went out last night. My girlfriend tried to fit her TRIPPLE Ds in her old red jacket from highschool I told her don't even embrass me. Girl, you should see my thriller t-shirt, my son can wear it now. Mi just fold it up and put it back in my memory box.

Morning all!

Ells, happy to hear from you and that things are going well.

I was in shock about Michael Jackson - We were at the festival last night, and texts started flying - he's dead, it's fake, it's real,...... we didn't know what was going on - Bowie stopped playing and we went to this little pub to get dinner and found out it was real - The pub put on a station that was playing non stop Michael, and everyone in the place was dancing and singing together - Which made for a late night, but it was a pretty cool way to mourn the loss of a legend - it was like we all bonded (total strangers) and were sharing memories of growing up with Michael.

Well, let me get dressed and to work - chat soon!

Amzingly sad to hear too :(

For some reason though, it had to happen, I cannot imagine him growing old....

I'm hearing that a lot on the radio. No one could imagine him being old.
