Alright I'm out I have to grab the kiddies from camp. Quana mi gyal I’m sure I don’t have to tell u to have enough fun for me. Enjoy yuh nite mi dear and I guess I'll see you on Thursday unless you some how catch the fly and need to stay home sick a couple more days..lol

I did hear the Roger flu was going around.....

What is capoeira?

In short, it is an Afro-Brazilian martial arts. Different in that it incoroporates a lot of low movements, music, and dance. When you "play" capoeira it's supposed to be like a game! I practice the original form which is Angola...very cool...great workout!

I was reading from work and someone asked me if my fiance helps me around the house, am sorry I forgot who it was. The answer is yes, he does help me with cooking, dishes, and what he can but I am so ####### about washing clothes and some cleaning that I insist on doing that myself. I guess I do it to myself :bonk::wacko:
