She doesn't care about being deported, she WANTS to go home, but she doesn't want to be parted from her child...She would gladly take her baby home TODAY!

Her best bet would be to fight him for custody - or if she has a passport for the baby, just go to JA now and then file for custody there - If it came down to it, and he got her deported, they would have to fight custody to determine where the baby would live -

Unfortunately, she went against my advice and put him on the birth certificate. He won't sign for the baby to have a passport...

U didn’t hear this form me but she needs to find a notary that will take a couple of dollars under the table to say they witnessed the father signing the form and then apply for the passport but once again I anent say nothing….

Some places on my list include Dave & Buster's, some sort of amusement park that has go-karts, a ton of restaurants within walking distance of where I live, but that I've never tried, ice skating @ the Galleria, rollerblading, bowling (he's never been bowling), movie theater (he's never been to the movie theater). Poetry clubs, jazz clubs, Club Riddims...

Ha I went to the movie theater in JA to see Madea Goes To Jail in Feb. I must say it was an experience. I was shocked when we did the JA National Anthem before the movie and there were music videos showed and almost 15-20 minutes of advertisements. We also had a intermission in the middle. I laughed so hard Roc starting scooting down in his seat like #######!!! I also was shocked how they only show movies in the evening and we had to stand outside to get tickets. Then during the move the whole theater cussed or yelled at the characters as if they could hear them I was so entertained. Aghhh yuh gotta love JA....

well i do have it better then him but not better then you sus lol but im sure hard wrk and dedication will get me there, what worry me is that i am not well off sometimes i get fustrated taking care of myslef, i asked him what do he want to do when he gets here and he said he wants to continue music and his clothing designing which granted they are both really good, but i know that is not going to fly off just like that in NYC i try to explain to him i dont wanna be a admin i wanna be a event planner but i have to do what i have to do to pay the bills right now, i cant have him just doing the entrepreneurship or going to school i dont wanna crush his dreams but i do want him to be realistic...

Ha newly I want to be the same thing too. Girl I want you to one day be watching tv and see my name in lights. I'll be the event planner for the starts and it will take you years to be able to book me because I'm so highly wanted... lol No but I do want to be an event planner another one of my sayers and non dooers...
