Here is the update on my case: my congressman's office told me that my case was still on an officer's desk. But it has been that way for a while now. So Friday afternoon, they requested my case be transferred to the supervisor in an expedited manner. Monday the transfer should be confirmed. Let's see what happens this week <_<

07/07/09-NOA2 after 6.5 months!

Update on my case this is what I was told: your case has been officially requested by a supervisor from the officer who was initially working on your file....this only means that it has been transferred to a higher hierarchy and hopefully this will trigger and immediate result on your case

Hopefully I will hear something this week!

Wow you should've been calling a while ago. Call them first, they will send you most likely to their website where you will have to fill out form that will allow them access to your account. Then fax that form to their office. I hope you hear something soon.

Wow you should've been calling a while ago. Call them first, they will send you most likely to their website where you will have to fill out form that will allow them access to your account. Then fax that form to their office. I hope you hear something soon.

I've downloaded and complete the authorization form. I'm just at a bit of a loss at to what to say. i don't think (#*$(*#( stinking rotten (*#@@(#& will be very productive. hahahaha

Should threaten to vote for the other politcal party?

our petition have been approved last week , hubby told me that he received an approval letter from USCIS and go tan email from lawyer .

Just explain it simply. You are over the 6 month mark. That should make them jump into action for you right away. Also, just make them feel sorry for you....trying to get their sympathy is the most I think you could achieve. :crying:
