got my interview date for July 21,2009 at 8:30 am..

everyone who will have the same interview date lets all gather and meet there..

now i should start preparing my documents...

IR-5 for dad

02/16/12 - mailed I-130

02/27/12 - NOA1 petition received(hubby's birthday!)

06/06/12 - NOA2 stating I-130 approved

06/29/12 - NVC received case

07/09/12 - case entered in the system,assigned MNL # and IIN,email add given

07/12/12 - beneficiary emailed DS-3032, auto response received

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

07/28/12 - mailed IV Package

08/03/12 - received DS 230 packet

08/14/12 - sent RFE

08/16/12 - NVC received RFE

08/21/12 - log in failed

08/22/12 - case complete!

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

I got my interview date too this july 16,09 all the information is gathered except for my husband kids birth certificate, his kids is grown no costudy thing or child support anymore since his done to all of it. Im so confuse coz theres no way we could get all of his kids birth certificate one of them is not even here in colorado. please if u guys have any idea it might be a big help for us.

Anyway this is how it was stated in the list "If your eligibility is based on your marriage, in addition to your spouse coming to the interview with you, bring

"If either you and your spouse were ever married before, all divorce decrees copies "which we have already have a copy" and birth certificate for all children of this marriage, and costudy papers for your children and for your children not living with you. Do you think this is only applied to kids under 18 or what coz it dont make sense to me his oldest daughter is 22 and the youngest is 19 and this youngest girl have kids already and married too so basically all of them are all grown.

Pls pls i need ur help!!!!!

yes i just called them early this morning..

when was ur case completed?

grabe 2 months ung akin..

mine was completed May 14, they scheduled me on July 10, almost 6 weeks din, ok na yun, the good thing is sandali na lang, before nga ang CR1/IR1 inaabot ng 2 years di ba? mas mabilis na ngayon halos pareho na ng K3, we're both excited na nga, ano nga ba kailangan nating i-prepare?

okay na rin sakin un, paaabutin ko na rin nmn 2nd anniv. namin sa 30th ng July..

pineprepare ko na nga mga docs ko, tapos pics, ung mga sinubmit sa NVC tapos kung anu anu pang papers na pwede ipakita sa CO..

nagpamedical knb?

congrats sherin! kelan ka magmemedical?

ah,so tapos kna pala... NOA2 pwede na gamitin diba?

eh pano kaya ung walang NOA2? ung friend ko kasi,walang dumating na NOA2 s case ng baby nya..

ds3032 lang,pwede na kaya un?may case number naman...
