Yesterday I sent off my papers to change to permanent status, filing concurrently. The papers arrived this morning in Chicago. However I have just realised that I forgot to add some supporting information.

Basically on the I-485 on the page with the numerous questions, I was once arrested but not charged, I have a acpo copy of my blank criminal record, a Police work reference from my SGT. I totally forgot to enclose it, what is likely to happen now?

If you have disclosed it, and forgot to mention, then they might or might not send an RFE(Request for Evidence). You can send it then. If they don,t receive a RFE, then you can present it at the interview whenever you are next in line. Since you weren't charged, I think you dont have to worry about such a minor glitch.
