WELL, I HAVE NO IDEA IF IT IS POSSIBLE, HOPE SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME!

I'VE BEEN MARRIED FOR 4 YEARS, I COULD HAVE APPLIED ALREADY FOR CITIZINSHIP THRU MARRIAGE, BUT IT WAS NOT GOING WELL ALREADY, SO I DECIDED TO WAIT AND SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPENED, AND NOW WE ARE DIVORCED. WELL AFTER ALL, I WONDER IF THERE IS A CHANCE FOR ME TO APPLY FOR CITIZENSHIP ANYWAY OR NOT. I'VE READ SOMETHING ABOUT 5 YEARS STUFF, BUT I'M NOT SURE. ANY WORDS OF WISDOM TO ME, AND IWOULD REALLY APPRECIATE THAT.

Yes you can however you will need to wait until you have been LPR (Resident in the USA) for at least 5 years.

Yes as others already said. If you are not any longer married to the USC, you can only apply 90 days before being LPR for 5 years. Unless if you are in the military...

you have to wait until you reach your 5 yrs residency (less 90 days) then you're eligible to file N400. see my timeline..best of luck..

Just download the N400 and its instructions and read it. You can apply 90 days before the 5 year period. Good Luck
