when to file

Hello all! As you can see on my timeline my hubbys 2 year GC is dated 10/31/2007. When should we file for the 10 year gc? Would it be July 31 2009?

I want to file as soon as possible to complete this process... thanks!

Just a blurb after 2 years hubby seems to have adjusted (somewhat) to American "culture" LOL, and he is slowly but surely building a small business in auto repair.

3 months are NOT the same as 90 days.

90 days before the 2 nd anniversary of your Green card. 90 days and not 3 months.
