Can I extend my EAD?? It expires this summer!

Hi everybody,

I just found out my EAD will be expired this summer and I'm looking for a job right now.

Is there any way that I can extend the date and HOW?

You can still apply, however, you may become ineligible to continue working if it becomes invalid.

You can find the form on the www.uscis.gov site.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
