Based on Ant D's experience, I think if the approved Folks don't do a service request or again contact their congress person (who helped with case and got it approved after inquiry) I guess you have wait 8 weeks or more.

i think they still has not started the card production so nothing will work i guess at this time.

Lol...I've only flown once in my life....(that's another story).....don't think that qualifies me for working on an airplane....;)

No GCs received since Monday?

I say.....(for those of you still waiting for their green cards, and are delayed yet again....)

a ) Do an inquiry with the mis-information USCIS line

b ) Make an infopass appointment (and get an temporary I-551 stamp in the meantime)

c ) Call your congressperson/senator (last resort...)

d ) Keep on posting on VJ! (the only way to get through this madness/insanity of the waiting process...)

Options a-d helped me....and maybe it will help you too!

Meanwhile...Don't give up! Your wait will be over soon!

It will probably take a while for the GC to arrive since USCIS is upgrading their equipment. My wife still hasn't received her 2 yr conditional GC, and she entered the country almost 7 weeks ago.
