I just got off the phone with the very un-helpful line. I told the CSR my approval date and asked when I could realistically expect to receive my 10-year greencard. She answered, "Because this is an approved case, we can't answer that." WTH?! I kept pressing and said I knew about the card production facility being upgraded which could extend the processing time. She said, "I can't comment on that." Good grief, was I being punked? I asked if there was a central place that the cards were being produced. She said, "I cannot give out those types of addresses." I told her I didn't want the address, I just wanted to know if there was one central processing place. She said, "I cannot give out this information." I told her that was crazy (OK I probably shouldn't have chosen that word) and all I wanted to know is if there was just one facility for the entire USA. Again she repeated, "I cannot give out this information." I mumbled a sarcastic 'thanks' and quickly hung up before I tore her a new one. Breathe.........

Did I just get a really ####### CSR or do you think there is a reason they are being so close-mouthed about the 10-year cards?

Man, I wish I hadn't ended my week this way. Suddenly I'm feeling like a very unwanted permanent resident. It really pisses me off that I've spent all of this money and effort only to have problems and holdups at every turn (not to mention encounters with surly USCIS employees). :crying:

it seems like they are not supposed to tell some of USCIS stuff. u can try to call again. most like there is only facility for card printing. may be we will get some clues when we will get card from our list here.
