what to do its more than 6 months to file I-130.

I upgraded my wife's petition for I-130 on dec 8, 2008. Still no approval yet. Called senator file is in extended review... #######... it took me 2 year to get my citizenship and now this... i have been married for almost 4 years and now its unbearable to tolerate USCIS delay .... please advise. I also applied K3 in march 2009 after I seeing few guys at VJ doing that.

Unfortunately,u cant do anything but wait.Keep calling,get an info pass to get status.Do make sure that they have upgraded ur case,I have had too much from USCIS in just upgrading.Every time I used to call,they use to take that date as my upgrade date and when i used to call to get status in a week or so,they used to tell me that u just upgraded it.I know it is really stressful ,but best of luck,just keep calling,place service request,see if you can do an expedite as it is out of normal processing.

Hi dear,

Please call USCIS and put official Complient. they will tell you to wait 60 days but it will approved before time.

I have done same thing and it was passed in 25 days after putting complient.

I called USCIS today and filed a secondary service request. Also filed an offical complaint. Let see what happen. Hope to hear something positive from them soon. I also mentioned in my complaint to process my case within 2 weeks.

Honestly I didn't get an I-130 approval until 250+ days after we sent it. Mailed it April 2008 didn't get our NOA2 until January 2009, and that's with no RFE's! I've heard they've sped up the process...but it's definitely a waiting game...

Can I take them to court. This is what I did when my N400 was stuck for 2 years. I filed WOM and them I got the things start moving and finally approval.

My previous enquiries regarding I130 case was that the "case required further review", what does that mean? This was in April 09.
