As far as i know your mom will get the 10 year gc once approved since she will have the immigrant's visa.. but depends on what application you will apply for her..if tourist no. Average time is 1 yr. correct me if am wrong . If she's granted the immigrant visa she will not adjust her status .

Yes as happywifeymom said,on average it takes about a year. But the last time I checked USCIS is going superfast now so might be even quicker. As u have mentioned that u will be filing after ur oath so i m assuming u will be filing an immigrant petition for her.She will get a greencard shortly after getting here.

She will come on a IR-5 visa and will get a 10 year greencard shortly after she arrives in the USA. She will not have to file for AOS as she is entering on a Immigrant visa.

That's the choice of address & agent after it has been approved & forwarded to NVC. Upon NVC's acceptance & case# issued then they'll mail you the DS3032. You can send it via email or mail that back to them.

With I-130, read the form & it tells you what to submit or include in your filing of petition. The $355 is the filing fee you submit along with your I-130 & evidences at USCIS . There's no fee filing the DS3032.
