I am applying for Citizenship N400 5 years after getting card. I am in the process of divorce and paying APL/Spousal support to my wife. I donot claim my wife or child as my dependants while filing taxes. My child lives with my ex inlaws. They did not ask for anychild support. Do I need to send the proof of paying spousal support along with my N400 application, copy of GC, 2 passport photos, Check signed for 675 USD?

I am asking this in response to this question in the application

If you have a dependent spouse or children who do not live with you, send:

Any court or government order to provide financial support; and

Evidence of your financial support (including evidence that you have complied with any court or government order), such as:

Cancelled checks,

Money and receipts,

A court or agency printout of child support payments,

Evidence of wage garnishments,

A letter from the parent or guardian who cares for your children

Thanks
