ds230 mailed from Beneficiary or Petitioner?

Hi VJ Members,

I have asked my spouse to courier me all the documents required to submit with ds230 package, once i gether everything i will send it from USA address. Now does NVC object who sends the package since ds230 should be really coming from beneficiary, is it ok if i send it locally?

If she pointed you as a choice of agent - to pay the bills and receive/send all the mail - then you have to send DS-230 package. It does not have to be mailed from the beneficiary to NVC.

Yep, no problem. The only thing we sent from the beneficiary address was the DS-3032.
