This notice is in ref to the Form I-129 Petition for an Alien Fiance filed for xxxxpursuant to Sec xxxx of the immigration and Nation act as amended. The petition was approved on Feb 7 2007 and was forwarded abroad to the US Embassy with a validity period of 4 months. Subsequently the petiont has been returned to the US Citizenship and Imm Services with a finding that the benef was not issued the requested K1 visa. Since the period of validity has now expired the petition will not be revalidated. Therefore in accordance with xxxxx all UCIS action on this petition is concluded as of the date of this notice. HOWERVER the petitoner may choose to file a NEW form ( 129 as for an alien fiance for the beneficiary

Now seems this is the letter i requested before i went to get married Nov (2007) because the statement (free to refile) is what my congresswwoman said they had told her, not me. So it has taken all this time to do this, Ahmed arrived here CR1 last day of January 09 so this is why i would not wait, if i had we would just now be starting with the new visa

Ahmeds thoughts were these people that sent this, they dont know im here now,

Wow! It really does seem that our gov dont have a clue what they are doing ... can you image what all that entails??? we might be in some trouble in a couple of years from now! :blink:

you would think something in the system would flag K1 ended CR1 filed, benef arrived in country anything that would help them to stay more current. The thing is some people do WAIT they think they have to wait on this letter and its obvious that could take a couple of years, for what?
