i have a friend she is married from USC for 3 years now and through married from usc she become a usc for 3 yrs. very quick. anyway she's mention that her mother is in the u.s and almost about 9 years never go back in her own country. her mother enter in the u.s as a tourist visa. if just look the situation of the tourist there's a certaintly to go back in her home country no matter what. since her mother break a law. her mother staying in her sister which is legal resident. and my friend staying to her husband. i just confused for this situation and i wonder for the status of her mother. a few questions about this now since my friend is usc and her mother still here in u.s how she can apply for her mother for legal residency here. and i know its gonna be wait too long to come out the legalization status of her mother. i wonder if her mother needs to comeback in her own country with 10 yrs band. or without 10 yrs band.

any answer, just have rolling stone in my mind

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

I wouldn't recomend for the mom to go back to her country because she most likely have a ban for 10 yrs. For sure the usc can petition her mom, I don't know the exact forms you have to file but just look for how to file for a direct family member. The wait might be long, but its better than being here illigaly without any hope.
