Don't rely on that case status online. Orginally my NOA1 was returned to California Service Center as undelieverable. So thats what it said on my case status everyday. The only thing that changed was the dates. I wasn't at CSC that long. But even when my petiton was approved it still said the same thing. This has been the case for many people. I would just call and talk to someone. The 2nd tier officers always gave me the best assistance when I called and the most information.

We sent in our I-130 to California in Feb 08 and our I-129 in Mar 08. Our interview was not until Sept 08. It takes a long time. We are still not together as we have a waiver pending in London since Sept 08. Tracy

My wife got notice that her EAD card was ordered Friday. Our I-129 still says "received and pending" online. Don't worry about it.

The date changing is a good thing most people see that happen shortly before their NOA2 approval. Trust the mailbox however, the computer tends to lie.
