hey i am on the same boat with u and i was so worry but people here are so helpfull and i did all my self.

first u do DS-3032 via email to NYC and u can get how to write and where to mail on this site in guide.

it is very easy and call the NYC and if they have ur case number then u just pay the fee on line bcz online is fool proof and faster.

good luck and if u need more info just read my post, lol u will see the same questions what u r asking. good luck. abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

You may email the 3032 form to NVC as someone already explained, but you cannot email I-864 and DS-230.

It is very good idea that the husband sign the 2 forms and send them to you, then you can just date them once you paid the fees and send them in.

As far as which I-864 to file, from what I understand, if your husband is the only one you are bringing over, and he's not gonna be accompanied by any children of his, and if you are only using YOUR income for support, then you may use I-864EZ.

If you will use a co-sponsor, or use husband's income or assets in addition to your income, or if you'll use some of your assets (such as car, real estate,...) then you need to file I-864.

12/05/11.......................Filed I-751

12/06/11.......................NOA

01/03/12......................BIO

09/10/12..................... Approved

09/21/12..................... Received GC
