Ooops, make that NOA2 approval date August 26th!!!

So exited I don't even know what month it is anymore... :lol:

That is awesome I can't wait hopefully in the next month for me!!!

My honey is visiting Aust in Oct so hope to know before then :)

April 1, 2010 - AOS, EAD, AP package sent

April 7, 2010 - Package received

April 14, 2010 - NOA's for AOS, EAD and AP

May 27, 2010 - Biometrics Taken

June 17, 2010 - Interview letter received

July 23, 2010 - Interview date

July 23, 2010 - approved

May 17, 2012 - I751 filed

For those of you with June NOA1 and no touches, don't get discouraged. We also had a June 1 NOA1 with no touches and we just received an email today saying our NOA2 was APPROVED and mailed today, August 26! Our estimated date on Igor's list was Sept 2 - Sept 6. Get ready June filers, it's our turn! :dancing::dance:

Congratulations Todd and Lilane!

You sent the I-129F eight days ahead of us. That should mean our approval will be around one of these days.

Please keep us updated every now and then for the rest of the process.

OMG! Congrats on the NOA2 approvals!! My NOA1 date is 2-Jun... Are we next?!? ^_^

Oh ya!!!! It's getting close! I am going to visit my sweetheart next week in Thailand..... It would be great if we could celebrate our NOA 2 together!

wow...this post is very enlightening..after June 28, i received no "touches" from our NOA1 and i became worried since then...but after reading this post about the "touches" stuff and noticed that it was earlier approved than what VJ timeline projects..it seems i need not to be a worry wart anymore...soon somewhere in the mid of sept. we will have our NOA2 approved too,,hopefully no RFE...thanks guys..glad we had this thread..u surely lifted my spirit again.. :thumbs:

The USCIS still has half of this Thursday and the whole of Friday before the week goes. It's better that you focus on your preparations in meeting your baby. The sun rises and sets without our command. Let us all stick to optimism and prayer. :yes:
