We also got touched on 10/02 and I received the text notifying of an RFE being mailed from the California office on 10/05.

Hope this helps some one as I was beginning to worry our petition would be one of the dreaded "black hole Ones" My Noa1 date is 6/15/09 . Even though an FRE, it is ok ,knowing the process is underway and not still on the shelf.

I hope more Juners get touched.

I did not get a touch. I had checked 20 times throughout the day. Then I left work and went to class. I came home and made dinner. I checked at 10 pm and my last update was the day after NOA1. So no touches.

At 11 pm MST I got a text, it was my approval!! So I just wanted to let you know that you might not see anything and not to be discouraged.

I know I wasnt happy hearing about other peoples approvals, but I am really hoping to see you get yours this week at the latest. I am wondering if they meant that CSC is updating twice a DAY. I really hope so. Saturday it was at 10 am and tonight it was at 11 pm.

Those who hasnt got the approval yet, i know waiting is tough, but dont forget: when u get yr NOA2, u gonna be the happiest person round the world.

Guess my whining my call and my Service Request helped.

Got a text and e-mail this morning stating......Were Approved...................

Maybe mine was in a box with other June files and now they are working on all of them.

We can only hope...............

We have our coming up on 2-Nov. Getting excited now! I am travelling to Japan to be there for her, even if they don't let me attend.

our case arrived in vilnius on oct 19. I did call the embassy and made an appointment for the interview for oct 27.

i have all docs ready for the interview so they agreed to interview me in a week . Besides, Lithuania do not require packet 3 or 4, so i dont think they even gonna send me the notification letter.

I passed (i hope so, coz my results are ready Mo, 26th) my medical today, and got tickets ordered for Nov 15.

so, i 'll stop by here and let u know how my interview went.

Basically my advise for those who still waiting: dont just wait - get all yr docs ready, including whats needed for the medical.

Congrats on the interview.

Embassy received ours Monday but it is still not in their system. Well, maybe tomorrow.

If any June filers want to speed up their NOA2 process read my post from Oct 5th @ 12:03 pm

I got my NOA2 4 day's later.
