Hi all,

Keeping my fingers crossed for all of you still waiting. :clock:

Anybody get good news today?

I know it's not the good news you were speaking of but...

Miho and I (mostly Miho) are making progress on the Embassy part of the process. She received Packet 3 from the Consulate on the 18th, and has already submitted the DS230, requested a police certificate, and is undergoing a medical right now as I am typing this. Needless to say I am on pins and needles right now, hoping that everything is going ok. I plan to fly to Japan and be there for emotional support during the interview, and stay a week or two. She will not be coming to the US until she finishes out the year with her current employer, but that's only 3 months away!! :D

Things are moving much faster that we anticipated for sure. I wish the same fortune for the rest of you all!

Regards,

Deryck

we are still waiting, no touch, nothing since june 17. CA was moving kinda fast early of the month but now it's like they just stop working!

i have a trick for those who dont wanna talk to the machine when u call uscis.

keep putting wrong receipt numbers or act like ur having problems with the machine and it will transfer u to the officer.

my fiance found this out by accident.

but even u get to talk to them they wont tell u anything u wanna know. cuz they know nothing! they are not adjudicators. all they did was check our case online like how we do it. and they just read it to us. and they will say, every case is different, you will just have to wait til the case is approved.

good luck to us all

Congratulations Zaskar! Still nothing on this end though I have nearly everything gathered for the next step. This whole hurry up and wait thing is maddening.
