I think I'm one of the later ones because I took a while to send P3 back.

I wish it were as simple as telling them to finish the paperwork, but they say we are in a queue which is BS... trying everything we can to get it done... contacted a great atty today to get them in the mix...

nope... he said it could be any day orup to 1 year from the date of the interview...nothing he can doother than a writ of mandamus.. A friend said they are still doing an investigation and that it will be next month before they get it done... dont know how much credit to give his source... she is going back to work and I am staying busy making extra money so we can really enjoy her arrival in a huge way... everything that could have been done to get the file looked at has already been done..now its just wait and wait some more... :clock:

Thanks... hopefully in the next couple of months... I have my congressman inquire every month and I email every couple of weeks or so since it takes them over two weeks to respond... my last email to them cited the DoS policy requiring them to review documents within 30 days.... hoping that brings us some results... there is really nothing we can do other than file a writ of mandamus to get them to review the file...
