Hello!

I think tracking the package via DHL is so frustrating since it involves a lot of guessing and estimation. Maybe you would want to try calling the Department of State instead to ask if the embassy has received your package. Call (202) 6631225 press 1 then 0. It worked for me and my fiance. The only sad part is that DOS told my fiance that we're already eligible to schedule an interview appointment but US embassy said we're not yet eligible.

Goodluck to all of us!!!

Guys, I am really frustrated that I haven't even got a touch. I called USCIS, they have the same status that's on the website. Is there any way I can talk to someone at VSC to know the real status.

Is there anything that I could do to get this process going...

Not really... They are still within the 5 month guidelines for your case... Even if you go to your senator or congressman they will likely hear that the file is still within normal timeframe even though we know differently.

I just got notification that we have received an RFE :crying: Ah man, I know that it isn't the end of the world but it is a bit disheartening. I have no idea what it could be for since we followed all guidelines...argh!

I'm sure John will be there with you soon. Who knows, even sooner than the plan. Yay!

I myself will be with my fiance sooner than we've expected. I already did my medical last Monday and Tuesday. I passed it. I'm just now waiting to be able to set an interview schedule at the embassy, then do the interview. If nothing goes wrong, I could fly to him this month, 2 months earlier than what we've expected. But hey, we're not complaining. Hehehehe...

To those who haven't received their NOA2s, you will have it soon.

Goodluck to all of us here at VJ!!!
