Not a Vermont center filer but we filed on June 3rd! Very exciting stuff!!! Hoping that the California Center will pick up the pace again.

We just received our NOA1 in mail yesterday :).. It was sent on June 12th (John's birthday :luv: )..

Don't worry loveaboo your check should be cashed soon and actually NOA1 should be sent before that too xx

Hey. we just found out that the check has been cashed last June 19 and that the NOA1 is dated June 17. I'm so happy!!!

I think it's kinda funny how we can be so happy in simple things like this...LOL..

I sent out our K-1 petition on June 2nd through FedEx. Vermont center received our petition on June 3rd and A. Stanley signed for the package. NOA1 dated June 4th and the check was cashed on June 6th. I don’t have the hard copy because I am out of the country, but my sister has it. I had all correspondents sent there since we all know how slow international mail can be.

Good luck to everyone. I just hope I don’t go crazy waiting LOL…

NOA1 dated June 4th and the check was cashed on June 6th.

We are with you guys! I saw that someone at the VSC that filed in May got their NOA2 in 22 days and the case wasn't an expedite. I hope our cases landed on that person's desk too. Wish I knew his/her name I would send them some cookies or something to get ours processed. LOL! It will indeed be a long summer for all of us. I am heading to England to meet my new family-to-be and attend a wedding with my fiance in 43 days! Can't wait! He has only been gone from his second visit to the US for 2 weeks and it feels like months already. He is planning another visit to the US for Christmas but maybe if all goes right he can get moved here then....God willing. We really want a spring wedding next year to beat the Southern summer heat! Good luck to us all!!
