I've been trying to check the USCIS website since the morning (4 a.m ECT) to see if there are any updates with our case, and it shows me an error that the server is down or something  are there any of you guys getting the same error message?

I tried last night and got a message saying it was unavailable.. now it says...Server is currently unavailable or down for maintenance when I try or 500 Servlet Exception

definitly down.. It may be a good thing if they are doing an update to the system that is an improvement.

It would be wonderful if we get to see touches soon!! I'm so excited!! Just the thought of being approved gives me chills!

ME TOO! I am getting nervous! I look at Igor's List and everyone around me has already been approved! Im wondering whats wrong with my case! Then on the other hand I keep thinking if this is approved now, am I really ready? But, the answer is YES! I miss him, and can't wait to see him. Im leaving in 2 weeks to visit. Im hoping We we definitely have our NOA2 by then!! Good luck everyone! (L)(L)

Hey Scott, looks like a 6-12 NOA1 person was approved friday (I have hope!). When you say, login in - you mean USCIS, right? just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. I feel the date is nearing....

Yep thats what I meant.. the site was up and down all weekend. I think we will see a group from the end of June approved this week. We could both get NOA2's this week or next.

It seems my guess was off by 1 day! The new Processing date is Apr 23. Check your Igor # now! big drop! 50 or so in 1 day!

I'm not seeing the 6/12 filer... I see a 6/9

That list goes back and does not take the processing date into account.. thats why it didnt move... I wont be surprised if you check your email one day this week and see the CRIS email there saying approved... very common to get approved with berkeley # around 100. There have already been approvals near your NOA1 date actually one the same date from last week.

If I had to guess I would say either Megan or Kim will be the next of the group to get the approval email... we are not too far behind them... most of us should be approved this month... I really thing we will see them into July before the end of the month....

Everyone keep checking for that touch...

Yep,

On the USCIS site the date of last activity will be different if you get touched... then... when you click on you EAC # and it says something other than pending.. booya.. something has happened... hopefully an approval and not an RFE

I pray they got my supplement together with my filing so I dont get an RFE. if the date changed and it still says pending.. they are working on the file.
