Hopefully this means Junes are going to start moving quickly.

Ok June VSC filers... take this number and run it through your calculators... 105 ...

Now you are asking what the heck is 105.. right?

Thats the approx number of days (give or take a few days) some May filers have waited and are getting NOA2's...

now add 105 days to your NOA1 here and imagine what your NOA2 could be at the current pace... or sooner! For one June couple here (C&M).. that would put you somewhere around Sept 17th! two weeks away!

TWO WEEKS? OMG!!!! Clay, Remember this? He he he ..... :dance:I was a week off....

:dancing:

My Berkeley # has dropped over 160 in the past month alone! We should see another 100+ drop in the next two weeks... if they keep up at this pace and post the new Processing dates...

We could see more than 50 VSC approvals for this week alone! Great job getting back on track VSC!!!!! :dancing:

Kim,

You could see yours Monday! or sooner!... I am so happy to see these 93 and 94 day approvals.... I think we will be seeing times shorter than that in the next week. If they follow the trend of previous weeks, we should see a few dozen June filers get approved next week including many from the back end of the month... I would not be surprised to se some July filers get approved this month... its a crappy rainy day here and I am killin time printing emails and yahoo chats to get as much done now ratheer than later... looks like many of us will get that christmas gift we wanted so badly....

How was the trip?

Scott,

The trip was AWESOME! I so didn't want to come home! England was beautiful and I seemed to fit right in with my new family. I hope that you are right about the approval coming soon. Next week would be awesome but sometime in October would be just as good. I try to keep positive and hope that we are not going to be one of those couples that has to wait forever waiting on the NOA2. It is a dreary day here in Alabama too but at least is not so hot today. I am just killing a bit of time until I meet my sweetie online on Skype for our date. I too hope we all get the Christmas gift that we all want most. Mark is coming back over in November for a visit so at leas I will get to see him again. Hang in there Scott! Know that we are all here waiting with you! Thanks again for doing all that statistical analysis for all of us!!

Wow!!! I got so much done today preparing the docs for the interview.. I may only be halfway done assembling them but the outline is all setup and I just need to print and fill in the blanks that I have setup already ... When I get it almost done I will post some pics of it.. I am really happy with how it is looking.... I took the pkt 4 to know exactly what is needed and created outlines that are the cover pages for sections that will be submitted. Each section containing tabbed pages corresponding to the outline. Decided to use ACCO fasteners. Far more detailed than I ever expected but it will make everything very easy for the CO and easy for me to assemble as time goes on.

I will be heading to visit her in Nov as well... would love for her interview to be the same time I am scheduled to be there....

I've been trying to check the USCIS website since the morning (4 a.m ECT) to see if there are any updates with our case, and it shows me an error that the server is down or something  are there any of you guys getting the same error message?

I tried last night and got a message saying it was unavailable.. now it says...Server is currently unavailable or down for maintenance when I try or 500 Servlet Exception

definitly down.. It may be a good thing if they are doing an update to the system that is an improvement.
