Ok June VSC filers... take this number and run it through your calculators... 105 ...

Now you are asking what the heck is 105.. right?

Thats the approx number of days (give or take a few days) some May filers have waited and are getting NOA2's...

now add 105 days to your NOA1 here and imagine what your NOA2 could be at the current pace... or sooner! For one June couple here (C&M).. that would put you somewhere around Sept 17th! two weeks away!

TWO WEEKS? OMG!!!!

:dancing:

My Berkeley # has dropped over 160 in the past month alone! We should see another 100+ drop in the next two weeks... if they keep up at this pace and post the new Processing dates...

We could see more than 50 VSC approvals for this week alone! Great job getting back on track VSC!!!!! :dancing:

W&C: Some countries make you wait for the packet 3 before you can get the medical... In VN we can't get medical W/O it.

soesedout: not sure what you are getting at... There was a June filer that got approved @ 93 days... others here could see the same time frame.. we could also see a year or more.. we all know its a case by case basis.. we are trying to stay positive.

When it comes to the Mar and Apr filers.. we should see 50 or so of them approved in the next few weeks.. its common to see 20 or so still siting there long after the standard processing dates have passed. Dont forget that there are 8 Mar filers with RFE's that we know of...we will see more Mays and some Junes go through next week. When it comes to USCIS its not fair and its not FIFO... it is what it is...

As slow as the waiting has been. With seeing a June approval I now feel rushed to make sure I have everything in order. I am leaving for Lima in a week to see my baby and now I want to make sure she has all the documents she will need. The day I arrive in Lima will be day #105 since my NOA1. It would be nice to get a nice e-mail from UCICS while I'm there.

Good luck to everyone and let us know if you start seeing touches!!!!!!!!!

Take everything that will be needed for the interview...

All supporting info for I-134 along with the signed I-134... Any evidence of relationship that you have accumulated... Copies of anything you have that was already submitted in case anything was lost...

You can start on his DS230, DS156K now and that way you will be prepared when they are needed... check with others that are going through the same consulate to see exactly what that consulate requires and create a checklist... that way you will know what needs to be done between now and the interview and plan on when you/he will do it...

Wow this week is looking really crappy so far! Where are the approvals? C'mon VSC!!! get back on the job!!!!

Oh yeah.. I think I remember when they sent you an email for someone elses case? What a tease... approved! NOT!...LOL USCIS has no sense of humor or at a minimum a really messed up one.
