8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list

Thanks everyone.

I have a question some of you may know.

I was reading some posts from April and May about people not being able to view there progress from the UCICS website because of problems they were having with the database. Has that problem been fixed. Will I be able to view my status once I receive my NOA1.

Yeah, for some reason they haven't been updating their system on a 'normal' basis. I filed for adjustment of status for my husband and we were never able to see the status. I called up USCIS and they were able to give an accurate status which was nice.

I think we all had a patience problem, lol :lol:

We sent ours off on June 2...and yes I think we all have a patience problem. Just wish they would cash our check. We really want to get married next spring so let's pray for rapid processing. Good luck to us all!!!

I believe you have to edit your signature page on your profile. You have to type it in manually. I just tried it myself. So if you see mine. It worked. lol. Good Luck!!!!!!
